- Proof of Purchase: Please present the original bill or challan when collecting your clothes.
- Rush Orders: Express/Urgent delivery incurs a 50% extra charge.
- Inspection: Check your clothes immediately upon delivery; no claims will be accepted afterward.
- Stain Removal: 100% stain removal is not guaranteed.
- Special Items: Special charges apply for designer or delicate items.
- Uncollected Items: Clothes not collected within 3 weeks will no longer be our responsibility.
Limited Liability
We are not responsible for the following:
- Fabric Issues: Color fading, shrinkage, or damage to embroidery/embellishments.
- Weak Fabrics: Damage to weak or vulnerable fabrics that occurs during normal cleaning.
- Accessories: Loss or damage to jewelry, buttons, or accessories.
- Pre-Existing Damage: Wear and tear, cuts, holes, or stains that become visible after washing.
- Valuables: Valuables or cash left in clothing.
- Force Majeure: Loss or damage due to fire, theft, or events beyond our control.
Compensation Limit
In the event of damage caused by our cleaning process, compensation is limited to 5 times the service charge or ₹2000, whichever amount is lower.
